Selected oxalis leaves and flowers carefully harvested and dehydrated to preserve their delicate aroma and naturally refreshing character. Traditionally appreciated in botanical infusions, oxalis is distinguished by its gently fresh and lightly tangy profile, resulting in a soft, light and balanced herbal beverage.

When infused, the leaves and flowers release delicate vegetal notes with subtle citrus nuances, creating a refreshing and elegant botanical experience. It is especially appreciated during moments of pause or as a light beverage throughout the day.

The preparation preserves whole leaves and flowers whenever possible, highlighting the plant’s natural appearance and the artisanal nature of the harvest.

Oxalis leaves and flowers are exceptionally delicate and lightweight. The dehydration process results in a significant reduction in volume from the fresh plant material, requiring a substantial quantity of leaves and flowers for each batch of this infusion. For this reason, production is naturally very limited.
